• Global Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping worldwide. No minimum purchase is required.

• Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, the estimated delivery timeframe is 6 to 12 business days to most destinations. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on factors beyond our control such as customs processing and local carrier efficiency.

• Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided.

5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items for a refund.

• Return Window: You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact to be eligible for a full refund.

• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@touchlandushub.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

• Refund Processing: Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
